“I started dragon boat in 2007 because of my company. Now, I’m attracted by how the sport brings people together from all different backgrounds and ages. Our goal is always to get passionate people to develop their physical abilities and win a race. It makes us better and stronger every day. Our passion for dragon boating grow stronger every year!

There are no superheroes in dragon boat; no one can do it alone. We cannot win the race if we are not working together. Dragon boat is a great motivation! I enjoy the team spirit and teamwork.

In 2019, I became a member of Hong Kong Dragon Boat as I wanted to be stronger. Now, paddling is just another big part of my life. My wife is also a professional steerer!

My favourite memory was going to Egypt for an international invitational race in February 2019 with my team. It was a lot of fun!

Another great memory was in 2018, when we were double champions at two local Hong Kong races - the 180m and 200m mixed small boat races. We look forward to having more fun in 2019.”
